To complete its offering, OMZ also installs steam generators, high-pressure heat exchangers, and stainless steel dosing pumps, which allow the addition of detergents to the washing water.

The systems are managed by customized software to optimize costs and facilitate the attainment of necessary certifications. After installation, the systems are certified according to the European Directive 2014/68/EU and supported by a remote assistance service.

Certainly, our company has embarked on a path of continuous improvement which has enabled us to obtain ISO 9001/2015 certification from the IMQ body.

The certification covers all our production. Moreover, our Rotating Washers also have ATEX certification for use in explosive environments, Zone 0.

We receive many requests from our existing, new, and potential customers. The timing for preparing a quote can be quick (1 or 2 days) in the case of quotes for our Rotating Washers, but it may take a bit longer (1 week) for others.

Creating a complete offer for our tank washing and heating systems takes longer, as the need must be thoroughly analyzed and the product must be customized along with the corresponding offer.
