Plants for outside washing
In order to meet the need of a fast washing of the vehicle ( for the removing of both biological and chemical pollutants and of dusts ) or the need of a maintenance washing ( to keep the vehicle constantly clean ), we provide a plant – which works at high pressure or at medium pressure – suitable to carry out all those operation, which would be otherwise destinated to manual actions.
This plant is arranged with a stationary structure ( through which the vehicle passes at a walking pace ) and it is started and stopped automatically, thanks to ultrasonic sensors.
Such plant can be supplied in different versions :
- Version with only the washing arch, to remove – for example – mud from vehicles coming out from quarries or building sites.
- Version with also two arches for the distribution of detergents and an arch for final rinsing, to wash all those vehicles – for example tank trucks, vehicles for rubbish collection and railway tanks – which need to be cleaned thoroughly.
The washing plant is fed through a pump group, which works at high pressure or at medium pressure. The arches for the distribution of detergents are fed through a dosing pump group, which works at medium pressure.
The washing arch is arranged with seven rotating washing heads ( model TW 300.3 ).
OMZ has always included in its production mobile plants for sanitizing vehicles used for the transport of goods and people, to be used, in case particular events may require a sanitizing action, to stop the spread of epidemics such as avian flu, foot and mouth disease and others that require special sanitizing care of vehicles
The system is contained inside a small container to be powered with single-phase current and water and is complete with an easily mountable spraying arch made of stainless steel.
The system, operating without the presence of an operator, is usually placed at the entrance to the depots, so that all the vehicles, forced to pass, put themselves in the condition, once inside, to be treated by the sanitizing solution.
The solution is based on Quaternary of Ammonium Salts, distributed in a nebulizing form, on the vehicle in transit, under the above arch.
The starting and stopping of the operation takes place thanks to ultrasonic sensors, fixed on one side of the container, the plant is also equipped with a call device in case of failure or minimum level of sanitizer.
