In order to meet the need of a fast washing of the vehicle ( for the removing of both biological and chemical pollutants and of dusts ) or the need of a maintenance washing ( to keep the vehicle constantly clean ), we provide a plant – which works at high pressure or at medium pressure – suitable to carry out all those operation, which would be otherwise destinated to manual actions.

This plant is arranged with a stationary structure ( through which the vehicle passes at a walking pace ) and it is started and stopped automatically, thanks to ultrasonic sensors.

Such plant can be supplied in different versions :

1. Version with only the washing arch, to remove – for example – mud from vehicles coming out from quarries or building sites.
2. Version with also two arches for the distribution of detergents and an arch for final rinsing, to wash all those vehicles – for example tank trucks, vehicles for rubbish collection and railway tanks – which need to be cleaned thoroughly.

The washing plant is fed through a pump group, which works at high pressure or at medium pressure. The arches for the distribution of detergents are fed through a dosing pump group, which works at medium pressure.

The washing arch is arranged with seven rotating washing heads ( model TW 300.3 ).
