Plants for wheels washing
Plants designed for the washing of the wheels of vehicles coming out from quarries, building sites and landfills sites.
Such plants can be arranged in two different versions :
- With disposable water.
- With recycled water.
The plants arranged with recycled water are fed through multistage centrifugal pumps, which are purposely designed with special protections.
The plants arranged with disposable water are fed through our high pressure pump groups for cold water.
All such plants are arranged with a stationary structure – placed in the washing area and equipped with our rotating washing heads – through which the vehicle passes at a walking pace.
The washing process is automatically started and stopped thanks to ultrasonic sensors, which are placed at the entrance and at the exit of the washing area.
